Founded in 2020 by Katherine Watters, Thorncombe Property is an independent property consultancy specialising in the search and acquisition of prime country and equestrian property throughout the Surrey Hills & West Sussex.
Katherine has spent over 25 years immersed in the Surrey and West Sussex property industry. Born and raised near Guildford in the Surrey Hills, she has a lifetime of knowledge of the local area and the lifestyle it offers.
Having worked as both a selling agent and as an acquisition agent for both large corporate firms and leading independents, she has paramount experience of all sides of the industry. Her credentials in the Surrey & West Sussex property market are second to none, resulting in over 90% of her clients originating from referrals and recommendations.
Tenacious, focused and a highly skilled negotiator, Katherine has a true passion for her service ensuring that her clients don’t just get the best house for them, they get the best house on the best terms.
